He then moved to industry and was financial controller for a chain of retail outlets for two years before returning to public practice in 1995. Further to her accountancy training, Geraldine has trained in many areas of coaching, and has a huge interest in helping clients to unleash their potential, by working with them to set their goals, helping them to put strategies in place to achieve those goals, and coaching to keep their focus on what they want to achieve. Unlike many in this field, Geraldine has the benefit of having had a solid grounding in the fundamentals of accountancy and business. Gwen Kelly - Tax Manager gkelly@endalewis.com Gwen worked in the accounts department of Dublin's Gresham Hotel before completing the Accounting Technician examinations in 2000. She then proceeded to complete a degree in Accounting and Finance with the National College of Ireland before joining Enda Lewis & Company in 2003. She is now completing the Institute of Taxation examinations and deals with the wide and varied tax queries of our clients. The experience she has gained with us in preparing accounts, is hugely beneficial in her new role as Tax Manager. Aidan Kelly - Trainee Accountant akelly@endalewis.com Aidan has recently completed his final examinations of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland. He commenced his training with us in August 2007 and has become a very important part of our team. He had previously obtained an honours degree in Finance & Economics from the College of Industrial Relations. He has gained excellent experience in all aspects of working in a professional accountancy practice and is managing a range of accounting and tax compliance services we provide to our clients. Donald Hayden - Trainee Accountant dhayden@endalewis.com Donald is our most recent recruit and is settling in very well with us. He has an honours degree in Businass & Law from Griffith College Dublin and is now completing the examinations of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He is getting to grips with all aspects of working in a professional accountancy practice and is dealing with a range of accounting and tax compliance services we provide to our clients. Kate Bruce - Accounting Contractor kbruce@endalewis.com Kate has been working with the practice on a contract basis since 2001. Since then she has provided us with a range of accounts preparation and bookkeeping services, and has been helping our clients with their accounting and tax compliance. She had previously been a credit controller with Compaq Computers. Patricia Anderson - Client Manager Patricia has been working with the practice on a contract basis since day one. She has many years experience in practice including five years working with Enda in a previous employment in Naas. She manages the accounting and tax affairs for a number of our clients who derive huge benefit from her expertise and experience. Hillary Gilligan - Bookkeeping Contractor Hillary's background is in banking in the UK. Having moved to live in Carbury, Co. Kildare, she started doing contract work for Enda Lewis & Company.
